Online watch shops normally sell their watches lower than the market price, as they do have lower overhead expenses. It’s convenient, as your watch is delivered in your doorstep. However, you have to make sure that you buy from Accredited retailers to avoid fakes and replicas. Make sure to confirm with the brand to make sure that you get the original one for the money that you pay.

Advantages:

Great Deals

Compare watches

Discounts

Quick Window shopping

Find authorized dealers

Disadvantages

Counterfeits

Warranties

Many e-commerce watch shops are not authorized to sell

It’s safer to check the watch brand’s official website to find out who are authorized dealers and buy from those official ones. Take note that not all of them have authorized dealers online.

When you do purchase check the following:

- Spending limit

- Have you researched the seller thoroughly?

- Is the seller an authorized dealer?

- Can you find the seller’s contact details?

- Seller’s feedback?

- Is there a privacy policy?

- Is there a warranty?

- Is there a return policy?

- Read everything especially the small prints
